Well Mossroad I am sorry it was the float position this occurs in. I haven't used my tractor much this summer. So cycling the lever up and down might help in this situation? I have to put the leaf blower on it soon so I will try that technique. Thanks.

Yeah, cycle the lever many times and see what happens. It can't hurt.
