Loader Lift capacity of FEL

Which ought be in the specs page. Perhaps I've missed it. Searching was not helpful

I need a tooth bar for LK3045, I'm assuming when I look at lift rating that it's in 1500 lb area. Some of the TB companies list their bars in lift categories. I'm looking the the Long site and some others. My soil is rocky and hard. I'm my mind I envisioned a T B with teeth that look like the front bucket teeth. Sturdy. Many of these look like boxes they make out of sheet stock.

Chances are a T B w/teeth like my hoe bucket is over kill for my FEL. But I just don't know. I need some education on how to speak with the bar maker about their product's durability.

i.e. grades of steel and hardness ratings, what else please?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that since it's a 30 hp unit, it's probably in the same class as the ck30.

look at a Pirhana tooth bar. It ought to do what you want.

Another vote for the Piranha. I have had one on my 6500# - 7000# tractor for 6 months of hard work clearing my new driveway, which is primarily large granite rocks intermixed with very hard clay. I have no idea how many times I have run the Piranha tooth bar/bucket and the Wild Kat rock grapple bucket into rocks embedded in the ground, but it has been many. And the teeth on both are barely dinged up and certainly not enough to negatively effect digging.

The Piranha is a quality product, made to last.

Check out Markham Welding out of NC. I bought one for my 05 CK30 HST. It has worked for me and is easy to install and remove.

I have the "other" type of tooth bar with teeth like on your backhoe. Mine is, more or less, permanently bolted to the lip of my bucket. It works great to assist in "piercing" hard soil and for back dragging to level and smooth. Purchased from - Rankin - a local company here in WA state.
