I installed some lights on my ROPS but my cheap-o switches couldn't handle the weather. In desperation I checked the factory light switches on my NH to see the manufacturer name. I figured I might as well put in switches that could plug directly into the instrument panel. Well here is there web site. In particular I linked to the page that seems to have the factory switches for NH. These appear to be pretty heavy duty switches (with more configuration options than my tractor!)

Some may want to use boat light switches.Sence they can often be bought locally and usually can be found with some type of covering if you prefer..They're the same types phisycally but more weather resistant....It may aslo be your switch can't handle the load. Most of the off the shelf ones are rated at 15 amps 12vdc.If you are running 2 or more lights depending on wattage. it can easily over heat them.I tend to swtich thru a relay.Usually good for 30amps.I'd much rather pop the hood and replace a $5 relay than try to find a $2/$3 switch just like the one I already have. Then there's often the fun of replacing it.
Thanks for the sight Dude....Nice looking switches...
