I have a Craftsman LT 2000 tractor with a front 44 inch snowblower.
Combination works fine, accept when there is less than 2 inches of snow.
What I am looking for is a light weight blade concept to attach to the front of the snowblower.
With an angled blade I could then furrow the snow to the sides and then blow it off once it builds up.

Has anyone attempted a solution to this. If so please post a picture or link.

:welcome:

Would you post a picture showing what you have? Might get some ideas then.

Are you wanting to attach this for scraping (windrowing) snow, and then taking it off to blow off the windrow?

Maybe a rear blade, or a mid-mount blade underneath would do that for you.

Or build a wing blade that would run to the side to windrow the snow for blowing.

But a pic will help size up the tractor and room for mounting something.

The wing idea sounds like a good idea.
