I was loading out firewood from the woods last night, in the evening so I had my headlights on. All of a sudden all of them went out. The dash lights, headlights, and the lights I have mounted on my ROPS. Now, my first assumption was that since I have extra lights mounted on my ROPS, I probably blew a fuse from drawing too much amperage. Well, I opened the hood, opened the little rubber fusebox cover, and checked every fuse. None of them are blown! So now im really confused. I have not looked at the operators manual yet because I didnt have time today. But now im at work and thought I would pick your brains for an idea of what the problem might be. The flashers still work. But the blinkers, dash lights, headlights and rops lights dont. Thanks for any ideas.

I'd check for a relay... or at very least.. a fuseable link or even a circuit breaker.. though headlight circuit breakers usually are the auto-resetting kind.

How are the extra lights wired in? If they are wired to or thru the regular light switch, you may have burned out its contacts by overloading it.

Yep, I did not run a relay in the circuit and I bet that is the problem! My own fault! I will get out my tester and see if in fact that is the case. I probably burned the switch. Looks like im going to have to wire in a relay.

Last winter plowing snow the same thing happened to my TC 30. Start with the obvious first. The tester is a must. Ended up being a pinched wire in the main harness. This one was located behind the panel below the instrument cluster. I was freezing up fast out in the barn and I went thru a few fuses tracking it down. Ended up using a bypass wire and clips to jump around sending power to different points along the harness. My pinched wire was behind one of the clamps holding the harness. Good luck.
