Hi Everyone!

Looks like a lot of great info on here, I don't have a farm or acres and acres of wooded land like some of you do, but hey us "big yard" folks can do a few exciting projects at times too right? So, looks like a great forum, I've found so much awesome info and help on many other various forums and looks like this will be another one!

Welcome aboard.
It's not the size of the yard it's the size of the job to be done.
I've two Kubota's a B7610 (23HP) and a M4700 (50HP).
From 2009 until 2014 the B7610 lived on my 10,000 sq ft lot in Alexandria, Virginia, 11.7 miles from the Whitehouse in Washington, DC.
From about 2012 until almost 2015 the M4700 lived at my 20,000 sq ft lot, even closer in.
That's a tractor hp/acre ratio of about 100HP/acre

Neighbors KNEW I was crazy.

Until snowstorms came or truckloads of sand needed to be moved
