ok i have a belarus 310 tractor and here are my symptoms, the 3pth uses a cylinder to lift its arms, the cylinder is in good working order as i have pressure tested it in a press and it doesnt leak or move, the rear lift arms can barely lift a 250lb back blade, and if i throttle up the tractor there is more lifting power, the hydro lever will not release itself either in the up position, but in the downward position it will and seems to have more pressure in that position;. OK now for the part that will probly solve this for you, if i get the blade all the way up, and release the lever, it will stay in up position, add a 200lb person and put the lever into lift position and the arms will drift downward and the lever wont stay in the lift position, My repair manual says that i may have to clean something in the valve body of the tractor of course it is burried, and have not to much of a clue as what to do, any help is appreciated
