Link pedal adjustment ? for greater RPM range

Dk 4710 se hydrostatic The dealer installed a link pedal kit. I always had a suspicion that it was not working correctly for an example. If I set my throttle idle at about 1600 RPMs if I max out the pedal with the link pedal on it will only go to 2200 RPMs I watched some YouTube videos and everyone of them were able to max it out to the 2600 RPMs which is what my tractors rated for. Even if I lowered it to 1000 RPMs on the throttle it only maxes out to about 1500 RPMs with the link pedal on. My question is is there an adjustment to increase the range of the RPMs with the link pedal. I included a photo of could someone would be so kind to point me in the right direction to adjust the right cable to gain a greater rpm Range

The nut on the black piece looks liked a lock-nut for adjusting the yellow arrow bit to center in its 'notch' when making contact as the green arrow goes up . If the black piece threads into its pivot turn it out to that far or a little past. Going a bit too far will be more noticeable when you retest, and you can back off however many turns to tweak.

On inspection, the black piece looks to be welded to a lever that pivots with the pedals, but IMO it still might have been set up & tested at low-mid rpm vs at all of them to be how it is. :2cents:

Update fixed it Everything’s working fine. It had nothing to do with the adjustment. I’m a little bit taken back because the dealer installed this and it was sloppy turned out a cable
Hung up on my pedal throttle and it was limiting the ability to depress my pedal all the way down. All I have to do a zip tie it away. There was some very minor damage to the throttle cable The plastic was cut but underneath it is a metal So I just took care of that and everything is working great.
