Listed tractor weights - accurate or conservative?

My Jinma 284 has a listed weight of about 3800#. I actually drove it to a CAT Certified Scale and with the rears loaded, the FEL, and my grader blade (my lightest implement) it was 5600# . Big difference. That did include me at 163#.

I only live 1.5 miles from a scale so I am always weighing everything I own.
