little more help with 2210 purchase......

pretty much settled on a 2210.....just doing a little research company that is selling the unit....

now back to the tractor.......figured I would need to add some weight to the unit for some of the things I wanted to do....was just wondering about the things like "suitcase" weights for the front end??? how many??? are they easy to locate??? does TSC carry stuff like that????

and next would be the tires.....would it be best to have them filled???? and if yes, I would "assume" that a commercial tire store would be the best place to have this done.....

is there an average cost to have the tires filled????

Please remember I'm sort new to this.....figured it would be smarter to ask a stupid question than it was to be stupid and not ask a smart question......

I have 2210D. You can get suitcase weights from most dealers. I have 3 on my tractor. You can load the tires yourself if you get a water to air adapter from TSC. One end threads on to the valve stem and you can connect a garden hose to the other. I put 15 gallons of windshield washer fluid in each rear tire. It makes a big difference in traction and stability.

You can get the suitcase weights at any John Deere dealer. Just don't tell them its for Yanmar. Just tell them you want the 42 lb weights. They cost $30 some dollars apiece. You said 2210, not 2210D, so that would be a 2 wheel drive tractor, so I would get 4 weights for it, to be on the safe side.
