I have a Farm Pro 25/20 with a TY290 Jinma Engine. I have replaced the injectors, fuel lines, and injector pump. It misses at idle rpm. Runs a little rough at higher rpms.

Lots of black smoke (unburnt hydrocarbons) ? Have you checked the valve lash recently ? How many hours on it ? The 2 cyl engine is obsolete but parts are available. You might have a burned valve on it. Do a compression test on it. And check your injector timing. Maybe it's off also.
