LK3054 Muffler mod and toothbar stuff

Heres a picture of my muffler mod for the 3054. It has a Buhler loader. When they installed it they had to put an adapter on the muffler that moved it back about a foot. I didn't like it there. The loader brace arm is too close to the stock muffler location. Its hard to tell from the pic but the muffler now has a angle down at the mount off the manifold. Its straight along the tractor. I can still remove the engine cover without a problem. Its much quieter and now the smoke blows out the side into whoever is standing there when I start it... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Since there is so much talk about toothbars. Here is my contribution to the toothed Kioti's club.
I made it. Bought the teeth and shanks from the Case Heavy equipment dealer.
$10 per shank.
$5 per tooth.
$1.50 per squish pin.
There are 6 teeth (pic shows 5) They are big when you hold them in your hand. But once on the bucket they look mean and nasty.
Bar is made from 2 sections of 3/8 2" flat welded together. I put an edge on the front with the plasma cutter. Holes were already in the bucket.

And try not to walk into them.

Total cost to build: $130.00
