I see that I need to buy the top link to attach the box blade to the 3 ph as it did not come with that center top link. Does anyone know what size (length) it might take? Or should I get then box blade first and then figure it out then?

It should have had one so call your dealer, maybe he took it off to prevent theft and forgot to put it back on.

Put an iMatch quick hitch on the three point, and then you can easily switch between a weight box, the box blade, and any other attachments you want to add. I prefer the compact weight box over a wide attachment like a box blade, as there are too many things that can get sideswiped around your yard.
I will go to the farm this weekend and check if the 3ph is cat 0 o cat 1. I guess I have to measure the width of the arms. I think I'm going to go with the ballast box as for the little grading that I might do I could do it with the bucket.
