Loader bucket hesitates

I have a Yanmar F245 with a Kohler FEL. Recently the tilt for the bucket has developed a hesitation. When you move the lever to tilt it upwards, nothing happens for several seconds. Then it moves fine. It is as if it has air in it but I am pretty sure it is self bleeding. The hydraulic fluid level is OK. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

It may be self bleeding, but what if you have a suction leak. It will continue to suck in air and continue to self bleed, and stillcause hesitation.
