Loader bucket replacement for 2nd owner of Max 22

I am looking at a used eMax22 and it appears to have the weld issue where the center rod connects to the bucket. I know some people received new buckets...this is a 2014 model and if I buy it can I get the loader bucket replaced for free or is the warranty on these tractors not transferrable...which is my main question really. If the warranty ends when it is sold I may be better off just buying new.

Warranty transfers, but the bucket is only warrantied for a year IIRC. But it's a simple task to weld up a reinforcement around that mount plate. If it is a good deal, I'd not let that stop you. I'm not saying you shouldn't ask for a bucket, they may just do it as it was a known issue, but they would not be obligated.

I wouldn't let the bucket scare you. Mine cracked and I had a local welder fix it better than new for $75. Honestly I didn't even consider trying to get a new bucket. I was beating on mine pretty well when it cracked, kinda assumed it was on me. Dealer later told me he would have replaced it.

Tractor is 2014 or late 2013 if they were made back them...35 hours with FL only. asking 10,900 but I will not pay that much since new isn't that much more.
