I recently bought a 3600 ford and included was a 730 loader frame (no cylinders or bucket). The original control valve was gone but they also included a new control valve in box. It is labeled <font color="red"> Gresen SP-4-4 HD 1500 </font> . The valve has a <font color="red"> "in" </font> port on one side, 2 <font color="red">"A" </font> ports, 2 <font color="red">"B" </font> ports, and an <font color="red"> "out" </font> port. My thoughts were to use the tractor hydraulics (manifold on lift cover). I assume that the connections will be straight-forward in from the manifold, "A" ports to lift "DA" lift cylinders, "B" ports to tilt cylinders, and out to manifold.
Does this sound correct??
Can anyone explain the valve description??
Reasonable cost of a 5' bucket new/used??
Thanks

I can't help you with the details of your Gresen valve, but that company was bought about four years ago by Parker. I'd bet anyone who carries Parker hydraulic products might be able to help you. You might try searching online for Parker and go that route.

Your description of the valve and it's ports certainly sounds correct just from a logic standpoint.

I think you'll find a 5' bucket used will be around $350 and new will be $500 to $600 depending on the style and weight of the bucket. That's the low to mid-range price. I'm sure there are premium or specialty buckets closer to $1000 or more.
