I just purchased a 1978 Iseki G174 4x4 and would like to have a front end loader. Does anyone where I could get one to fit it?
Hi,
I have been looking for awhile for a FEL for my G154. I spoke with a few people on the phone, and did a ton of research. Basically what I found was there are FEL's that you can get, they are expensive, 2k-3k, but if thats what you need, it will work well. I was going to take the dive, and make the investment, but I have been using a dirt scoop on the rear, and I have moved about 100 tons of gravel in our pastures. I am going to add a hydraulic top link on the dirt scoop, and for the most part, it will act like an FEL, except you have to look behind you, and have good counter weights, like suitcase weights on the front, and loaded front tires. Below are older pictures of my tractor with the dirt scoop that I got at Tractor Supply. It they are only $379.99. http://countyline-reg-dirt-scoop-2131514. A huge difference. I can lift roughly 800 lbs on the back, and I know that I have lifted that. Otherwise, if you do want an FEL, Koyker makes them for your tractor, model 200, and I looked at one, and it was the best deal so at about 2k. They said that they can ship them to you. The site with the loader is, http://www.kenotractors.com/administrator/product/6bc52782a3c83e3a3d44ef365b3e3b42_03.jpg. Anyways, I have found the the dirt scoop has been working great for me, but congratulations on your new tractor!
