Dirt Moving loader hydraulic pump..mods Kubota L345DT 1980 model

does anyone have a fix for the front hydraulic pump ........the spline on the " chain coupling half" is striped....I welded it to the nut that holds the pulley to the drive shaft of the engine...........the bolts came lose (that hold the pump to the frame and broke the ears off the pump) I can replace the pump "I have a spare".......would like to find . any mods that have been tried( and worked) to solve this problem......this has been " on going " for along time ( I've replaced the coupling 3 times and the pump as well.............(cjfau1@juno.com).......thanks for "any help"

Can you post some photos ( could be a 1000 words there) and what make of pump? On the face of it something is not aligned
