I am going to purchase a Kubota L3430HSTC with LA723 loader, 72"bucket W/Skid Steer type coupler. This tractor will be used in N E PA winters for snowplowing with rear blade and loader mount blade. Rear blade for backing up to garage and barn doors and dragging snow...front for 1500' driveway and turn arounds (200' blacktop..1300' millings). What loader mount power angle plows do you fellows recommend and use? Also don't want to bumpbumpbump on driveway; so, should I avoid ag tires? Primary use of tractor..mowing 10 rolling acres. Thanks!

Tires: R4s
Snow plows: In my mind, only two choices: Sno-Way or Snow Wolf. Both manufacturers make good products, but Sno-Way has this trick, clear polycarbinate (sp.?) moldboard! Best of all, its replaceable. Not that it needs to be, since the Sno-Way folks eagerly hand you a 5-lb. sledge hammer to TRY to inflict damage on it!

I don't know what the experts like to use, but a couple I've heard of for tractors is Curtis and Kasco. I bought a Kasco at the tail end of winter here, and didn't really get to use it much. I don't have a skid steer mount, however the Kasco has brackets made specifically to fit my Branson quick attach loader. It's a 5 minute job to put it on. I got it so I could keep my backhoe on if I wanted. I use chains on the front tires to navigate my hills. Kasco is in Indiana.

Also, this plow is pretty heavy...about 600 lb....so a rear blade is not nearly heavy enough to offset the weight...unless you have a way to add weight to the rear blade....eg I've seen some people weld brackets and put hanging weights, or even use bar bell weights on the rear blade. Weight is good on a plow though, as it helps in digging off the crud. Makes me wonder how well the polycarbonate plow would work...as seems it would be light.
