Has anyone had experience fabricating loader mounts for Jinma 304 4WF using Koyker mount starter kit for 160 loaders? (drawing file attached)

Anyway, here is what I have in mind. What do you think? (see drawing attachment)

I assume you know that Koyker makes a perfect bolt on mount for the 304/354 and the 160. The kit is for the agracat
30 Hp, 2970 or something like that. The starter kit ties in to the centre pylon only. The agracat kit ties in at a number of other points forward. The 304/354 is a powerful tractor, I wouldn't use just the centre pylons. I've installed a bunch on the agracat mounts on my 354's and they work just fine..

Graham,
No, I did not know the Agracat mounts would fit Jinma 304. The front tie-ins bolting to the available tapped holes in the front-end support bracket sounds better than rear supports connected to the rear axle somehow.
I added you to my bid list. Thanks, you have been a big help.

The Koyker mounts bolt to the front, bellhousing and the rear axle. It is a very good setup providing the best protection to the thractors backbone! I have sent you a quote by private message, we talked a bit about this on the CTOA forum.

Thanks

Grahm's right,I have installed them using the agragat part number,go that route vs the starter kit

The Farm Pro 2430 is a JM304 so that kit will work too, includes muffler relocation pipe.

One additional comment. You will either have to use an exhaust
under or use a relocation pipe so the hydraulic lines on the loader clear the muffler. We take a 1.75" X 14" piece of exhaust pipe
and mandrel bend (2) 45d jogs to give it a 3/4" offset end to end.
Then weld it to (2) 1.75" flanges. Twist about 30d from centre axis and it allows the hood to clear as well.
