I tested the loader pressure on my new tractor, it痴 at 2200 psi, specs say like 2600 psi. Does anyone know where the adjustment is on this tractor? On my last one it was under the right side floor. Just figured I壇 ask, if not I値l call the dealer on Monday.

It should be a adjustable relief valve on the loader valve. Are you having an issue with it not having enough lifting power? If not, I would be happy there. I am running about 2200 PSI and I can lift the back wheels off the ground. Tires loaded and a 5' mower on the back.
Well, mine won稚 lift the back wheels off the ground. Loader doesn稚 feel real strong. I知 thinking the adjustment is under the rubber boot on the loader valve. Problem is, looks like a pain to get that boot off to see.

Could you post a picture of you valve?
Will it lift the front wheels off the ground?
Can you raise the loader or 3pt hitch at idle?
I only ask because I just finished re-building my hydraulic system and found my biggest problem was flow not pressure.

It will lift the front wheels barely off the ground if I tilt the bucket, not just push down. I can raise the loader and 3 point at idle. I don稚 know where the adjustment is. There痴 a rubber boot over the whole loader valve, can稚 see anything, and it looks like a lot has to come off to get that boot off. I do see what looks like an adjustment screw on top directly under the seat, but I think that痴 for the 3 point, since the adjustment knob for the 3 point going down is directly below that screw. I called my dealer, and he doesn稚 have the newest books for the ck10 series tractors yet, and told me to bring it to him, but I really don稚 wanna drive 2 hours just to have it adjusted.

The knob under the seat is for setting your lowering rate of your 3 point hitch.
The loader relief valve adjustment is more than likely under the boot you are referencing. The ones I have adjusted was not to bad. I just rolled the boot up to expose the pressure relief valve.

Before starting to change settings you need to know how the hydraulic circuits are set up.
As an example and not necessarily your Kioti, the output from the pump may first go to the power steering through a priority flow control valve and then to the FEL.
The FEL valve has a power beyond port supplying the 3 pt and any rear remotes.
The FEL will have a relief valve as will the 3 pt and rear remotes.
In this configuration, the relief valve setting on the FEL will affect the max pressure on the rear remotes. The rear remote relief valve can be set lower than the FEL relief but not higher as the FEL relief limits the pressure to the power beyond port.
Alternatively, the flow may be to the rear of the tractor and then back to the FEL.
The risk of serious and expensive damage means if you are not certain what you are doing, better to pay someone who does as parts break in a fraction of a second and there is no lets try it and see option.
