You asked for pictures, so here's the progress so far. Still got to weld on the cylinder mounts on, once they finally #*@# #% arrive!! But that's about it.
How wide is it? Is it perfectly level when flat on the ground as shown, or do you have a built-in angle for "skimming" a certain depth? My loader is pre-set for 3" or 4", don't remember which.
The bucket is 1200mm wide (47.25") which is a couple of inches wider that my rear tyres.
It is level as shown flat on the ground, from my investigations on loaders to suit my machine they are just about all rated for 2" of digging. I have allowed another 70mm (2.75") of down travel on the boom before I need to tilt the bucket from level.
Is this what you mean in regards to skimming?
