- Kioti CK 30 (2008, gear drive, 415 hours)
Hi folks:
This is on a 2008 Kioti CK30 with the KL 130 loader. It is routinely stored in a shed with one side open to the elements.
One of the four quick attach fittings (the white one) is leaking. Hydraulic oil bubbles up in the gap at the top of the slip collar that locks the upper fitting onto the lower one.
1) I have removed the pressure by detaching the relative hoses.
2) Detached the quick attach fitting.
3) Wiped it clean.
4) Reattached the quick fitting.
5) Reattached the hoses.
......and it still leaks.
Do these fittings go bad over time? It is the fitting to the far right in the picture. You can barely see a ribbon of oil above the slip collar.
Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
regards,
