So I did it. After reading on here about the Pros and cons and the warnings of keeping everything very level, I decided to see how much trouble the FEL was to remove. As it turns out it really wasn't that big of a deal it did take me longer than maybe it should but I was being VERY cautious and was watching how the loader was moving up and out of the "cradles". I was going to till the garden and there is a play house right beside the garden that the FEL was sure to hit so that was enough reason for me (at least this time) to take it off. Going back on was what I kinda expected, one side (the left) went right in but the other side never really lined up properly, BUT that, in my opinion, is why the through pins are tapered, a few "taps" with a mallet and in she went easy peazy! No i didn't Beat the pin in I just convinced it! Either way removing the loder will not be a daily routine but if I will be doing all day Bush-hogging task or later this month when we cultivate the big garden I might consider it. Quick side question ,What aftermarket place can I get get covers for the hydraulic QD's for the 3rd function they are the same size as the factory ones.

The playhouse is just out of frame on the last picture to the right, the last 2 passes to take the tire tracks out of the garden would run the FEL right into it.

You can get QD covers at tractor supply or similar store. I really like the OEM covers, but can't find that style anywhere.

I got some very nice metal QD plugs from Brian at: Fit Rite Hydraulics - fitritehydraulics.com

I see you have a quick-disconnect between the loader and the bucket. While loader reinstall is time consuming and sometimes tricky, it's a oiece of cake to remove and reinstall the bucket (if that provides enough clearance).
