Just FYI. Your loader on your tractor will leak down some. It (most often) has nothing to do with air in the system; it has to do with the loader valve itself or the cylinders. If you have air in your system, then your hydraulic oil will look very milky and foam after using your tractor and your loader and 3 point will feel "spongy." If not, then it is either the valve or the cylinders. To test, raise the loader in the air and disconnect the quick couplers (please do not try this unless you have quick couplers). Let the loader sit, if it falls down a large amount over a short periods of time (I do not know a spec., but lets just say inches in an hour), then you cylinder seals are leaking. If not, it is in your valve. If it is in the valve, then there is nothing you can do about it unless it is a crazy amount (like inches in 10 minutes). This is just due to the quality (or lack there of) of valves these day. It is this way with all brands now days, you can not afford to purchase a valve that will hold 100% load. As for the other question on the 3 point leaking down. Use your 3 point lock out valve (sometimes called "rate-of-drop valve") to shut off the valve. If the 3 point drops, then your cylinder (most likely located in your tractors rear end) is leaking by, if not, then it is the valve. If that is the case, see the comments above pertaining to the loader valve. I hope this helps everyone.
