I got a chance to finally do some loader work with my new 2910 yesterday. I moved a bunch of dirt to reseed a portion of the yard. I also pushed about dozen tree stumps out with the FEL. It worked really well and the bonus was that the tootbar would pierce the stumps for easy carrying to dump on the brush pile. Had a lot of fun! /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Much to wet were (ohio). I just make nice ruts in the yard if I try to do anything with the big tractor.

Same here in northern Vermont. Over the past few years I've sculpted the meadow to divert water away from the lower field, so at least I can play down there now. Er, I meant work down there!

The wife is getting me a backhoe for our anniversary, so I hope to be able to do the same for the upper meadow.

Jeff, from the look on your face is it safe to say you don't miss the 4041? Just wondering. Have fun!!!

Bill - Well, I miss the 4041 a little - but, starting up that diesel - puts a big smile on my face, for sure. The 4WD, quick detach loader and especially the power steering - makes me forget all about the 4041. /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Pete - Can you have your wife give my wife a call? Please! My 2910 actually had the hoe on it at the dealers, but I had to have them remove it, due to lack of funds. /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif I made them leave the HD top link bracket on, though.

Gary - I'm in Ohio, also - and after the 3.5" of rain we had last Sunday, it is still very wet; but I've got work to do and have a new tractor - so I'm tearing it up. Just can't help myself.

Congrats, Pete! Wow, I'm glad if I get a card. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Jeff & Gary, another Ohioan here. I'm probably above you a little Jeff. I'm near ol Dino's
birthplace near Steubenville. Looks like we have a wet week-end ahead of us. That grass
sure is growing. Whereabouts are you guys?
