When it comes down to it, a human being's survival mode is activated to the tenth degree when faced with a dire situation. We can all say what we think, but there had to be an inmense amount of pain involved in the amputation. I remember a similar case that happened about a year ago. It involved a man working in his basement. I hope that I have all the facts correct. The man's arm became trapped while working on either the plumbing, heating or AC equipment. After exhausting all possible options of escape, he had to amputate most of his arm to free himself. I saw this on the Evening News. The network also did a follow up story after his rehab. The best of luck to anyone confronted with similar situations. Happy Tractoring.:tractor::tractor:
