Logging Winch

I am currently looking at a FX65. The dealer will sell it for $3050, I pick up. I have considered Fransgard 3507 and can get it for $3200 I pick up. I know there is a shop in PA that is selling the Wallesntein FX65 for $2900 but I figure the difference is worth saving me shipping or a 4 hour drive round trip.
Has anyone used FX65's and have comments? I was leaning towards the Fransgard but my dealer says he has better luck with the Wallenstein and can service / warrenty better.. I may buy this Saturday so comments appreciated. I am putting this on a NHTC34DA...
