Long 360 tractor with hydraulic oil in the engine???

I noticed the hydraulic oil low. checked the engine and the oil was at the top of the stick!
The only thing I can see that is common to the two is the hydraulic pump mounted to the engine.Anyone have this happen before? the fix?

Remove and replace front seal on pump ,if shaft is bad use a speedy sleeve,also check for any cracks in alum.front cover.

where would I find a seal for this?
is it a standard seal that I would find at a bearing supply?

I have gotten them at bearing house's.
