You do know that exporting is a violation of your Kubota dealer agreement right? Apparently not, if your posting this in a public forum .

Well seeing that we have a used tractor dealership as well, that only deals in used tractors that can export, its not a violation, plus its not even in the same state as our MF and Kubota dealership, but apparently you did not know that.


The tractors that we export are not new tractors they are part of our used business, but yes I realize that you can't transport Kubota's new tractors and that it's a violation of the dealer agreement. He did not ask about a new tractor, he was refering to used tractors. Thanks for your concerns but we are well aware of what the dealer agreement is..
