Landtrac 390HST
Good afternoon. I recently bought a used Landtrac 390HST. The tractor appears to be in great condition and the last owner claims to have serviced it every year, but being the paranoid person I am, I'm looking to change all the fluids and filters myself. That way I know for sure. Anyways, I purchased the service manual and though it shows a great deal information on the hydrostatics and hydraulics systems, it fails to give the basic information. Like, where the points are for checking the fluid levels and where to fill them when needed. I know where the engine oil checks are, I manged to find those, I'm looking for where to check the hydraulic fluid and where to fill the reservoir. Any help in locating these would be greatly appreciated.

Like I said I have the service manual, but not the owner's manual. Does anyone know for certain if this info is in the owner's manual? I don't really want to spend $50 or more on another manual if the info I need isn't in it.

Thanks,
Shawn

I have the 360 DTC which is shuttle shift not hydrostatic but is very similar probably to yours, you check and fill mine right between your legs looking down setting in the seat.

Thanks, but mine must be in a different place. I don't see anything like that sitting in my seat. I've even taken the plastic off that wraps around the steering column... and nadda.

I have a LongAgribusiness 360 DTC, so not quite the same as yours, but found there is no hydraulic dipstick on mine either. Check out the following thread for pictures of mine, and what I came up with. Might not be what you need, but might point you in the right direction.

Good luck.

Thanks, guys. I just received the owners manual I bought on line. This has everything I need to service it. I bought the service manual first thinking it would have this info, but it was all in the owners manual. FYI for anyone else out there that needs to know, the hydraulic check dipstick is on the back of the tractor just to the right of the pto.

10-4, where do you fill it?

The fill hole is just above the dipstick.
