Longs for country life

Hello! I've read a lot of good information on your forum.
I live in a neighborhood north of Dallas and long for the country.
I don't like home owner associations or small lots. I hope to either retire in the country or have a country get away soon. I really like tractors and farm equipment, having been raised in the country and following my grandfather around his farm.
