LongTerm reliability NX6010?

Ive be looking at selling my 2009 Bobcat Ct450 loader backhoe. Dealers wants to much to install cab with heat and AC. I only have 319 hours on the machine but was looking to get into a kioti nx6010. After reading the threads from eric I started to think different. Im also looking at massey and mahindra. Seems like I can get the best price on the Kioti, but seems like some people are having issues with the tranny and some other stuff. I also seen another guy on youtube that has a NX6010, and I have not seem him saying anything bad about it. So for any of you guys out there that have them, are you still having problem? Do you still like the machine? Or just spend a few thousand more for the 3500 series mahindra or 10grand more for the massey 1758 Thanks

Look at the RX Kioti models before you make up your mind. They are a stouter tractor than the NX series and I dare say compare favourably to anything on the market.

There is not much difference in cost either. I got quotes that were only 1000 dollars apart.

I really like my NX6010. Have 38 hours on it. Have had no issues. My only complaint is it's difficult to shift into Medium. I use my tractor for mowing, driveway work and minor loader work. Just recently got a 3pt PowerHorse log splitter and plan to do spring splitting here shortly. Using a rear remote with detent for splitter. I don't think the RX has HST. For me a HST was a must, thus that is why I went with NX. There is another active thread comparing the NX and RX in regards to loader work. The RX has much better lifting ability (2500+ lbs). The factory warranty of the Kioti was also a big selling point. In my 38 hours, I have had only one regen, and that was around 36 hour mark. I run the tractor with linked pedals a lot of the time thus the RPM's stay up, I believe this helps keep the regen frequency down. Some have commented about the time it takes from going from forward to reverse. Mine seems to be spot on. Tractor stops almost immediately and able to change direction quickly. Granted my only other experience with a HST was a Kubota L3200. I find the cab very quiet, well put together and this winter have enjoyed the performance of the heater. Have had good luck with cold weather starting as well. In Missouri, we don't get real cold and if we do, only for a short period. Did do a cold start when it was in single digits. Turned the key to ON until glow plug light went off, and tractor started on first try. It did whine for a few minutes but stopped after started warming up. I looked a the Kubota Grand L, Deere 4-series and LS. Because I was very price sensitive I quickly narrowed down to Kioti and LS. Based on forum research I felt the Kioti was the better machine. I do still like the machine.
