The soil is shallow here. At least you guys can burn the stumps. The shallow ones pack together and the dirt can’t be knocked out.

Ok, guys. So you dig them out and pile them up. Then what ........ They eventually rot away or can some of you guys burn? The ONE that the wind blew over, here, I finally got down to the bare root ball plus about five feet of the trunk. Put it in the burn pit and it burned then smoldered for three weeks. For three weeks I worried about strong winds or the dam thing burning out of the burn pit. NEVER AGAIN - I just leave them and let them rot-in-place.
