Look at the tires on this YM1610D from Germany

Probably didn't look long enough but I only see the original Yanmar front bumper.

In the build thread the front bumper is the Yanmar original. In the pictures in the TractorHouse listing it has something bolted to the original bumper. I am sure it is for added weight but the way it is shaped I wonder if it has additional purpose.

OK, now I see it. I don't know what it is or what the purpose but sure looks mean.

The 3 pt attachment is a European made flail pickup mower similar to our Mathews Company Lawn Genie design. After acquiring a 6 ft. lawn genie, I too found out that additional front ballast is necessary. I believe the front bumper is a receiver for additional front weights adapted from a much larger tractor. Like those tires though.

Does anybody know what the front bumper is made from?

What is bolted onto the front Yanmar bumper plate looks like giant lips with teeth. :laughing:
