Looking at a bobcat ct445 hydro with a cab general questions

Looking at a ct445 with a factory cab 9tl loader 400 hrs hydro. from pics looks to be in very nice condition. Anyone know what the original selling price was for this configuration? assume no remotes.

Any know issues with the tractor? I know relays were a problem. Are the loader specs right, significantly higher lift/breakout specks that other loaders of the same size.

For whats its worth dealer thought it was a great tractor, seems like honest enthusiasm, says they are coming back next year.

Things I know: based on a kioti tractor same plant, 1st loaders were rhinos, then bobcat made them. There were some great deals when they discontinued them.

So Good/bad? Value? asking 19.5k seems any low hour 40hp+ tractor with a cab is 20+

I gave 18,500 for my ct450 @ 1400 hours with loaded cab and tl9 loader, has two sets of remotes. Shouldn't be too bad with only 400 hours.

I have a 2012 CT445 HST with the cab and the 9TL loader. I bought it new in 2012 for about $25K I think, and it included a 16ft trailer. I have about 700 hours on it. I live near the Colorado/Wyoming border and love the AC in summer and the heat in winter. The specs are pretty accurate, but are usually measured at the end of the loader arm so it will never be quite what you expect. I routinely moved 1800lb round bales with no problems. Two stacked 3'x3' bales of grass hay are easy, but running some 4'x4' bales of Alfalfa a 1/2 mile along the road (slightly uphill) was more of a challenge.

I generally use mine for moving hay, light grading and tilling, snow removal, arena grooming etc.
