I have found one of these w/ 1100 hours. It is 4x4 w/ a Kubota FEL, 4 ft Befco PTO tiller and a Kubota 3pt backhoe (not sure of the model). I drove to look at it tonight and had a chance to run the tractor, loader and hoe. I actually like the whole set up. The hoe is a little big for this tractor but once the loader is lowered and the down riggers are out it seems to be stable. The hoe is PTO powered so it is very quick and seems to be pretty powerful. I am looking to use it for some landscaping and running some tile work around the house. The tiller is a bonus, but maybe not by price. I have always used my father-in-law's tiller so it would be nice to have one of my own. The tractor is in pretty good shape, the loader is almost new and the hoe is solid. The pins and hoses are in good shape. I can get it for $8500 if I want it. Does this sound like an outrageous price? From looking up these it seems about in order. Not a steal, but how often do you find a package like this. More than likely I will just use it for my needs and sell it next year. I do have a 1968 International 656 Diesel Hydro w/ a Westendorf loader for my bigger needs so the small size of the Kubota doesn't scare me and I'm actually lookign forward to a compact tractor for this work. The 656 is a little to big for yard and landscaping work. Thanks

I don't know enough about current prices to help much, but I bought a new 1995 B7100 in June, 1995, with the B1630C front end loader for $10,850 (3 other dealers wanted up to $11,400). I think they figured $2,400 for the loader and $8450 for the tractor. The Bush Hog brand tiller (RTS40) cost $1,300 at the time. And I've no experience at all with backhoes although I know that was a very expensive option. They're good little tractors, although the lack of power steering was perhaps the biggest drawback.

That would be a very good price around here. That is a good, reliable tractor with a long production run ( with model number changes) and no big issues. I say go for it.

It would make a dandy landscape tractor.
Only drawback is lack of power steering.:(

I had a B7100 HST that had 3000 hours on it when traded but no hoe. It moved a lot of rocks, dirt, removed trees/brush and cleared trails on our land.:D

I bought a '95 B7100HST-D with Kubota 1640 FEL & 850 hours two weeks ago for $4950 here in Richland WA from a private party. Lots smaller than my previous JD 3320 but I'm really pleased with it. Already got a lot of work in with it. Will be pining for a backhoe attachment soon I expect. The $8500 sounds like a decent deal to me.
