Looking at buying Case 895 with hydraulic problems

This is the description on the ad.

Case 895 Its a 1994 4x4 4 cyl deisel.
85 HP 16 spd Runs good with 3350 HR on it Loader slow right cylinder leaks 2 short hoses need replace
Asking 10000

It's a bigger tractor than I had in mind, but not too much bigger, and I like the 4WD.
Any idea what I should look for on the hydraulics or what could be causing the problem?
I noticed he also has the loader bucket chained back, like it won't stay on it's own, or it could just be it leaks fast.
Should I investigate or is this going to be an expensive fix?

Slow operating hyd's could be caused by clogged filter/suction screen, leaking cylinders piston seals, weak hyd pump or faulty relief valve.

That was my first thought, was clogged filters, then the pump. Not sure how much a pump rebuild is though?

It's a moot point though, looks like it's already gone anyway. Thanks for the reply.

There is no pump rebuild for these tractors. If it is worn out it needs to be replaced.
