looking at BX23:heres my uses

went to Kubota site and ran thru the Build my Kubota page. a newBX24 with r-4 tires came out to 16600+/-. why would a used one be almost 5K more? is there a big dealer markup or fee(like when a new car everyone wants comes out and price is list+ whatever they can get) that isnt shown on site? I figure there is a prep charge and taxes,etc. mite as well look at new ones if a used one costs more around here.
