looking at ck25 or ck30....alternator question

I can't find any information regarding the size/amps of the alternators installed on these tractors. The dealers I've spoken to don't know either and indicate no one has ever asked.

That is one of the first things I check on specs for a tractor since I plan to run extra lights, etc.

I'm hoping they have at least a 40 amp alt. but I've seen some competitors running as low as a 15 amp (kubota) alt. which is sad.

Anyone know?

I cannot recall the exact alternator capacity on the Kiotis but it is higher than the ones on the B series Kubotas. I don't recall anyone changing out the stock alternator in order to run extra lights for example.

I am almost 99.9% sure on 40amp....

I just double checked on my CK30. It has at least 40 amps.

It's a 50 amp alternator.

Hi,
CK25 and 30 have a Valeo Electrical Alt. 12volt 50amp and most of the tractors will have at least a 800cold crank amp battery. Plenty of juice for extra lighting.

Yes all of the units have AT LEAST a 50 amp alt on them.
Even the CK20
The cab units are higher even.
