MF 1759 w FEL and MF 135
Really struggling over the two. One being lower HP but higher weight and lift capabilities and the other a little more comforts and a little less capability. If you have one of these two machines your thoughts are appreciated regarding use, functionality, economics etc. I will be using for mowing and dirtwork, Also have significant timber property in MS that I will be using it on.

I just picked up a 2706E last month, and I really like the tractor. I had a JD 5045D Utility, which was similar in size and weight to the 2600 series. I'm really happy with the 2706E and I am happy to have the HST over gear once again.

I was very hesitant going with a hydro, since the last Massey I had (1547) about 15 years ago was pretty noisy with big hydro whine. My 2706E is really quiet and has a lot of nice features included.

The 2706E is really a large compact vs the 2600 series which are small utility tractors. Loader capacity is the same (the Massey website lists the L135E loader as being for both the 2700E series and 2600H series). The 2706E weighs in at around 3800 lbs, and depending on the 2600 model, the weight difference can be 1,000+ lbs. The 2706E has pretty good hydraulic flow with 12.4 GPM at the remotes which I think equates to around 19 GPM total.

I'm happy with my choice and think the 2706E will be a solid reliable tractor. I can honestly say that I had no buyer's remorse at all. Due to its lighter weight, I went with the R1s over the R4s, hoping they would help with traction a little.

Good luck with your shopping. I see you are in Denton. I bought mine over at Gainesville, TX and got a smoking deal on the Massey (I detailed the deal in my previous thread). If you have any questions let me know.

Hi
Its really nice you have drilled down to the two models.you have listed all your loints except the pricing.I belive between these two there will a significant price difference.MF2706H guves you comfort and whereas MF2615 is a solid work machine.usually most of us underestimate the work we do,so I suggest to do the selection based on your requirements.
I belive there is a new line up coming to replace the MF2615.you can check it on the MF websiteMF2600H series.
Both of them are good tractors and all the best on your decision.

For baling hay, tilling, anything that will really lug the engine, etc.... you are better of with a heavier utility tractor. For rotary cutter, moving dirt, logging then either one will do a good job for you.
