There was a thread about PTO leaf blowers about 5 or 6 months ago. IIRC, the brand was Buffalo, so look up Buffalo leaf blowers.
Seems like they do a good job, but they're mighty pricey for home use (>$4K, IIRC).
I have seen these on Craigslist now and then, but they're a pretty rare attachment.

I don't how many leaves you need to blow but I have a Stihl BR600 backpack blower and that thing really does a good job. There are videos on youtube of people blowing snow with them.
