This is the one I have had for a few years, it attaches to my post hole digger, I love it cause it splits whole logs and then you buck the presplit pieces being held up off the ground by the phd.

Unfortunatly it looks like his prices have gone way up

At that price you would be better off buying this kit

making a sleeve so you could attach it to your phd and sell the pillow block or use it for another project.

did you end up getting a splitter? I would like to take one of those kits and set it up like the HyCrack, but have the platform up at waist high level. All the vids show it down at knee level where it is stressful on your back and easy to loose your balance working with the wood and fall on the splitter. It seems to put a lot of people close to the moving parts where they can get tangled in it. If you're standing upright in a natural position accidents would be less likely.
