There is a plastic piece under my seat that helps to control seat height. This piece broke on my Kioti DK35SE. Anyone know where to get this part?

Ah, but none of us will want to tell you that part only comes as part of the seat assembly.
Kioti does not always make individual seat parts available, only as an assembly.

I would have a machine shop machine one from steel or aluminum, if you happen to have a shop that will do one off's for a reasonable price near you
probably cheaper than buying the whole seat assembly

Or if it is as simple as it looks and you have any metal fab"ing ability, you may be able to fab one up yourself

I cannot tell from the photo but have you considered plastic welding or just epoxy to repair it? Cosmetics are a non issue so it would be worth a try. HF has cheap effective plastic welding kits. You could then reinforce with JBWeld etc.

Hard to tell from the pictures but would a couple of small "C" clamps solve the functional problem?
