Ford New Holland 2120
Hello All!
Im running a power beyond on my New Holland 2120 Tractor that has a New Holland 7308 Loader The OE rear remote kit is obsolete.
We removed the loader valve body and found a port designated with the letter N on the casting of the valve body. Research shows that is a power beyond port.
We have our plumbing in place and have flow to and from the implement, (a LS back hoe) but, no pressure.
Scouring these pages, I ran across a similar situation and a power beyond sleeve seemed to be that situations solution, but never gave info about what sleeve.

Thanks for any help. Ive contacted my New Holland dealer and he doesnt show a part# for a sleeve and I talked with Cross Manufacturing and they only sell sleeves for the valve bodies they manufacture.
Thx Dez

Power beyond or alternatively called HPCO for High Pressure Carry Over sleeves or plugs are unique to the manufacturer of the valve.

Do you have any idea who supplied the valve?

If it was supplied to New Holland by another company you will likely find that manufacturer will not support their valve as that responsibility was to be New Holland's as part of the bulk purchase deal.

If there is a model number on a label on the valve you will likely find the valve manufacturer will be no help to you when you give them that number.

In the end you will likely need to buy a new loader valve with the power beyond feature and optional sleeve or plug.

That particular valve does not use a sleeve as many know it. Find an open tapped port in the valve casting below a hex headed plug. It could very well be at the N port you mention. That unplugged oil galley is currently allowing power beyond flow to commingle with the return flow preventing your power beyond circuit from developing pressure. Install a pipe plug in the threaded port (1/4 npt IIRC) and life will improve.

Check out hydraulic kit for 758 NH hoe all parts still avaible and adapted well with my 7308 loader. Can't see why you can't make it work on a different hoe.:drink:

**SOLVED**
Thank you all for your help, its greatly appreciated!
My power beyond plumbing was correct, it turned out to be a problem where the return line ran after the back hoe.
Thanks again all.
