Hi all, newbie here. An ex coworker turned me on to this forum today in hopes that I can find a "no longer available" part for my 1988 7116 tiller attachment. The part is not actually found on the tiller, but it is the part that connects the lift cable to the hitch that the tiller post slides in to. As I understand the part is not exclusive to the 1988 model and was used on several different year tractors.
The worst part is that I just purchased the tractor from a good friend so I don't know what the part looks like. I would be grateful to find a diagram of some sort that shows the part and maybe I can have the local machine shop make the part for me if I am not able to find the part anywhere. The friend that I purchased the (very well kept) tractor from is also looking for the part for me however he hasn't been able to find it anywhere. I should add that the tractor has a power lift (not sure of the proper name). Not sure if that makes a difference.
