looking for a used/rebuilt yanmar for 950JD

I have a 1987 950 JD with a bad block. The engine tag is missing, I believe it is 27hp at 2600, 3 cyl, non-turbo. I have been told it may be a 3T90J or a
3TNE88 I don't know which with the motor ID tag missing but I need a good runner or rebulit one. The current engine has all good trim so even a short block would work. Any help on sourcing or even the correct motor model info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting in a JD950 parts tractor that was damaged in a fire. The firemen kept water on it, so it wasn't hurt bad in the fire. I'll have to check the condition of the engine.

It turns over by hand. Tires are still up. I want to get it started before I quote any prices.

The engine model is imprinted into the casting on the lower left side
of the block usually. Not just on the valve cover.

You will likely have to use one from another 850 or 950 so you get
the correct bellhousing and oilpan shape and mounting points.
