$10 a square foot is a wonderful price. Jump on that deal! I just helped a friend put up a 30x50 arch type - lots of work, no insulation, and he will have 20k in it.
Oh yeah, the slab for a pole building probably will not require a grade beam around the perimeter but I will recommend one across the garage door sills. A grade beam is just thicker (~12") reinforced concrete at the edge.
