looking for help with kioti lk3054 tractor

looking at buying a kioti lk3054 tractor with loader. Cant find out what year this unit is there is only 5 numbers visable on plate, but it does have a blue frame. Any ideas would be helpful. And where is the best place to get a owners manuel so I can figure out what everything is. thanks in advance for any help. chargerman

Can't help with the specific year, but mine is an '04 and the frame is grey. If there is a letter before any numbers, the letter designates year; (A) being 2001, (B) 2002,etc; I'm reasonably sure all the blue framed units are pre '01
