Not these guys: Mahindra Dealers They have been a dealer for a month and I don't think they will be continuing. The poor guy was nice enough, but couldn't figure out how to order a gasket and filters. Apparently their initial dealer order sent by Mahindra doesn't include anything for our 2004 vintage tractors. He called a few times and then I think he just gave up on dealing with Mahindra. A shame, but no hard feelings, the guy was up front with the troubles he was having.

I like to support local business and would pay a little bit extra to deal locally, but shipping directly to the farm is much more convenient, we're not "close" to anywhere, LOL.

In the meantime, I could sure use a cross-reference for the 2004 3510 "New sheet metal" diesel 4wd, spin on hydraulic filter (giant one) and oil filter.

I never found a cross reference for the hydraulic filter on my 3550, so I bought a Mahindra brand off ebay. I found several crosses on oil filters. I'm currently running a Baldwin, but I also found Cummins/Fleetguard, Wix, NAPA, Lubrifiner, Mobil-1 crosses. Maybe you will have better luck on the hydraulic filter cross than I did.

Thanks. Found NAPA cross ref on the oil filter quite easily, too. No joy on the hydraulic filter, though.

If it's going to be a 2 week hassle every time I need a filter (and presumably harder as it ages), I might look into replacing the filter head altogether and moving to a standard filter.

I'm beginning to think SWIMMING to CHINA to pick up the parts might be easier and faster, LOL.

When you find a supplier, purchase two filters, putting one into your own stock for future use. As you use your stock, order another - then it won't matter if it takes a month to replace.
